Provide competitors product knowledge which he/she compares with the product, till the satisfaction of all relevant queries professionally.
Visit at client’s residence or office wherever require for building additional healthy relationship before sale.
Attempt to close the deal at the earlier with proper guidance in terms of finance or payment related questions.
Strong follow-up for every stage in delivery process.
Organize memorable delivery ceremony on the day of delivery of client’s product.
Maintain relation by calling, visiting or by emailing after the delivery of car, ask for any assistance and generate references for increase the sales target.
Maintain familiarity with used cars and keep updates regarding competitor’s products, new launches in Automobile world.
